Key Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist candidates for real estate roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Coordinate with HR for offer letters, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain an updated candidate tracker and recruitment dashboard.
- Assist in posting job ads and enhancing employer branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (real estate mandatory).
- Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri Gulf.
- Basic understanding of UAE labor laws and onboarding documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
