Key Responsibilities

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparent communication.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in recruitment or RPO.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate quality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
