The role also includes managing internal transfers, promotions, and part-time staffing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.
- Oversee recruitment efforts for UAE Nationals in line with Emiratization objectives.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with universities and external recruitment sources.
- Update job postings weekly and maintain a candidate database.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate medical appointments for new joiners.
- Draft transfer and promotion letters, ensuring accurate HR system entries.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in UAE recruitment.
- Attested Bachelor’s degree, with fluency in spoken and written English and preferably Arabic.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- IT literate with excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexible and able to work in a busy environment.
