    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles.
    • Oversee recruitment efforts for UAE Nationals in line with Emiratization objectives.
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with universities and external recruitment sources.
    • Update job postings weekly and maintain a candidate database.
    • Conduct reference checks and coordinate medical appointments for new joiners.
    • Draft transfer and promotion letters, ensuring accurate HR system entries.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in UAE recruitment.
    • Attested Bachelor’s degree, with fluency in spoken and written English and preferably Arabic.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
    • IT literate with excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Flexible and able to work in a busy environment.
