Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for various roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment guidance.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
