Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop robust recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to maximize outreach and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
