Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients in the Energy, Maritime, and Defence sectors to understand specific talent requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specialized roles.
- Source, screen, and assess high-caliber candidates from a diverse global talent pool.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Provide valuable market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Energy, Maritime, or Defence sectors.
- Demonstrated understanding of best practices in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
