    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition trends.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven recruitment environment.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
