Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful offer management.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various functions.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance EY’s attractiveness as an employer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
