Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales and non-sales roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct CV screening and initial interviews.
• Shortlist and present qualified candidates to the HR Manager.
• Support offer preparation and candidate follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (real estate industry preferred).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
