Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales and non-sales roles.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Conduct CV screening and initial interviews.
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates to the HR Manager.
- Support offer preparation and candidate follow-up.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (real estate industry preferred).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
