    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for store roles in the UAE & Kuwait.
    • Develop localized strategies that drive diverse talent to A&F.
    • Partner with Regional, District and Store managers to align on open roles.
    • Develop proactive pipeline and sourcing strategies.
    • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Leverage data and innovation to drive results.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
    • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related experience.
    • Engaging personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change and ambiguity.
    • Strong networking skills through a variety of platforms.
    • Proven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speed.
