Tumodo is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across our Commercial and Business functions, delivering a great candidate experience while connecting us with the talent that will help us scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for the role and culture.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (BambooHR).
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE, KSA, or German markets.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
