In this role, you’ll be a core member of Roche’s global Recruiting Area of Practice, leading high-performing teams and driving recruitment strategies across the EMEA region.
This position is ideal for an experienced recruitment leader with strong strategic vision, operational expertise, and the ability to inspire teams in a multicultural environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate global recruiting strategies into regional, actionable plans.
- Design and implement recruiting strategies focused on speed, quality, and equity.
- Drive operational excellence by aligning with global processes and local needs.
- Lead, coach, and inspire Recruiting Team Leads to build talent capabilities.
- Partner with senior leaders to achieve talent and hiring goals.
- Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, and headcount management.
- Use data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes.
- Lead recruitment for complex or senior-level roles when needed.
- Champion an inclusive culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition.
- Strong background in senior-level recruitment and workforce planning.
- Ability to translate business strategies into effective recruitment plans.
- Experience managing recruitment within shared services or global service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in complex, multicultural environments.
