    Key Responsibilities

    • Search for the world’s best design and digital talent globally.
    • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Bulleon searches to find candidates.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screening calls and create a pipeline of great talent for clients.
    • Take ownership of all aspects of the candidate process, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
    • Build a strong employer brand and attract both obvious and covert talents.
    • Manage your own personal brand to promote yourself as well as aspexx.digital.
    • Attend industry-leading events to grow your network and promote aspexx.

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years’ recruitment experience is desired.
    • Previous experience working on a CRM.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
    • The ability to multitask and prioritize workflows.
    • Stakeholder management skills.
