    Job Overview

    Xiaomi Technology, one of the world’s leading consumer electronics and smart hardware companies, is looking for a Recruitment Intern to join its Düsseldorf office. This 6-month full-time internship (October 2025 – March 2026) offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes at a global technology leader.

    As part of the HR team, you will support recruitment activities across Europe, from drafting job descriptions to sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews. This role is ideal for students passionate about human resources, international business, and innovative technology.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft job descriptions.
    • Post vacancies and proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
    • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for ongoing and future openings.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
    • Support related HR projects and recruitment reporting to headquarters.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
    • Enrolled at a German university during the internship (mandatory).
    • Full-time availability from October 2025 – March 2026.
    • EU working rights required (EU citizenship or German student visa).
    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Proficiency in English; Chinese as a mother tongue.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • High level of accountability and strong work ethic.
