Job Overview
FutureFocused, a dynamic recruitment agency led by passionate industry experts, is seeking a Recruitment Officer to strengthen its growing team in Wommelgem, Belgium.
In this role, you will be the backbone of recruitment administration, supporting branches, recruiters, and managers. From managing candidate files to publishing vacancies and contributing to employer branding initiatives, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth recruitment processes and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
As Recruitment Officer, you will:
- Handle all recruitment administration for multiple branches.
- Manage temporary worker files, verify invoices, and maintain organized records.
- Communicate daily with branch managers, regional managers, and staffing partners via phone and email.
- Support recruiters with initial candidate screenings and job post drafting/publication.
- Keep the ATS system updated and serve as the main contact for selection partners.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with colleagues and marketing.
- Represent the company at job fairs and online recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
To excel in this position, you should bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Office Management, or equivalent.
- First experience in recruitment (knowledge of temp staffing is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaptability to new systems (ATS experience is an asset).
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style.
- Team spirit, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for building long-term success.
