Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner or similar role, preferably at a Mid-Senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment lifecycle in a remote setting.

- Strong understanding of HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
