Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles within the company.
  • Support candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on different platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience.
