    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
    • Source and attract top-tier candidates using diverse channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
    • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
    • Ensure an exceptional and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role.
    • Demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international work environment.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
