Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Source and attract top-tier candidates using diverse channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
- Ensure an exceptional and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international work environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
