Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of all refrigeration units.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, and other cooling equipment.
- Ensure all refrigeration systems operate efficiently and comply with hotel safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests from various hotel departments to minimize disruption.
- Collaborate effectively with other engineering team members to support overall facility maintenance.
