Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies for the Pharmacy Line to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with pharmacy networks and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field, with a focus on pharmacy channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the Russian pharmaceutical market and regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective action plans.
  • Bachelors-degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
