The role acts as a brand ambassador and key link between local operations teams and the Global Brand & Communications Department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the regional marketing plan for Zuma locations within the Middle East + Turkey.
    • Act as the main liaison between local operations teams and the global marketing function.
    • Support the delivery of brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations across the region.
    • Lead the planning and execution of new restaurant openings and seasonal residencies.
    • Identify and manage regional brand collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of regional marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years experience in marketing within hospitality, F&B, or luxury lifestyle brands.
    • Strong understanding of premium and lifestyle brand positioning and customer engagement.
    • Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing strategies.
    • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
    • Confident communicator and relationship-builder across diverse teams and cultures.
    • Experience working across the Middle East region; knowledge of local markets and media landscapes.
