Hally is supporting a fast-growing Mar-Tech vendor in their Middle East expansion and is looking for a data-driven, hands-on sales leader to build, coach, and scale a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive team across the Middle East and India. This role is responsible for driving predictable revenue growth through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, coach, and support a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive a metrics- and data-led management approach to lead teams operating at high velocity.
- Design and implement scalable sales activity frameworks that create consistency, predictability, and sales excellence.
- Embed and reinforce structured enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC / MEDDPIC) to improve deal qualification, forecasting accuracy, and win rates.
- Proactively identify and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to optimize performance and capture key market segments.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales management or business development, leading quota-carrying sales teams.
- 5+ years of prior experience as an individual contributor with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong background in SaaS, IT, and/or Digital Marketing (MarTech experience required).
- Proven success exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Fluent in English and in Hindi or other Indian regional languages.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Salesloft, Excel, Tableau, or similar CRM and analytics tools.
