    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead relationships with A&D’s, Consultants, and Developers.
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth.
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Managers.
    • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure efficient operations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional teams.
    • Strong understanding of distribution channels, project sales, and B2B dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
