AlgoSec is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to lead sales efforts and expand market presence. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of AlgoSec’s cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, helping organizations securely accelerate application delivery and manage security policy across hybrid network environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the DACH region.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers and professional services teams.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales management or regional sales in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and cloud security policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory for this role.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region.
