Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care during outpatient clinic visits, including clinical assessments.
- Perform patient triage (in-person and/or by phone) and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Measure, monitor, and accurately document vital signs and clinical observations.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures, such as ECG administration, eye and hearing tests.
- Perform venipuncture/blood draw procedures following infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on procedures, preparation, aftercare, and follow-up steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in acute care OR 4+ years in outpatient/ambulatory care settings.
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and clear patient education.
