Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients within the ICU setting.
- Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records and documentation.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse qualification and valid license.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure intensive care environment.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction.
