    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects.
    • Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in-person client consultations.
    • Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors.
    • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales.
    • Proven track record in selling off-plan properties.
    • Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers.
    • Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
