Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects.
- Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in-person client consultations.
- Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales.
- Proven track record in selling off-plan properties.
- Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
