Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of corporate services, IT solutions, or real estate is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
