Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives.
- Acquire new clients and leverage existing client base for business growth.
- Analyze customer cases and provide related information after field visits.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory policies.
- Participate in learning and development programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- POS Loans experience is a must.
- Good convincing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
- University Degree / MBA / PGDM / Sales diploma or certification preferable.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Banking or in a Financial Industry.
