Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives.
• Ensure market penetration through new client acquisition and existing clientele solicitation.
• Analyze cases properly and provide all related customer information after field visits.
• Maintain familiarity with all policies, products, and processes to ensure superior client onboarding.
• Actively participate in Learning, Development, and training programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to all KYC and Compliance policies.

Requirements

• Must have POS Loans experience.
• Requires good convincing and negotiating skills.
• Continuous suggestions on changes and ways of improving FAB products.
• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other business divisions.
