Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic advisory for clients on talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in financial advisory, executive search, or a related field (2+ years).
• Strong understanding of the renewable energy, infrastructure, or private capital markets.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline.
