Reprographics and MIS Administrator

Job Overview:

Knowledge Gate International School (KGIS), a member of the Inspired Education global network, is seeking a dedicated Reprographics and MIS Administrator to join their team in January 2026. Located in Muscat, Oman, KGIS delivers a premium British-style education to both local and expatriate students. Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain reprographic equipment for staff and student use.
• Photocopy worksheets, assessment papers, and trip-related documents.
• Laminate and digitise materials for classroom and administrative use.
• Print and bind workbooks for Arabic, Islam, and Citizenship subjects as per Ministry requirements.
• Manage and organise reprographics supplies, ensuring secure storage.
• Provide emergency support for cycle test printing and other urgent needs.
• Create and display signage for school events, parent meetings, and productions.
• Support staff and students with reprographic technical issues.

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate (Diploma or higher preferred).
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, reprographics equipment, and stock control.
• Good communication skills with the ability to assist staff and students effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school environment.
• Prior experience in an educational institution is an advantage.
