Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and rates.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain strong communication with guests to ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to optimize room occupancy.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role in the hospitality sector (5+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
