Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full process of sale / booking.
- Listing of properties on all portals such as Airbnb, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle etc.
- Answering calls, emails, and WhatsApp related to booking inquiries.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring the best deals.
- Preparing contracts and invoices and sharing them with the accounting department.
- Coordinating cleaning and laundry pick-up after checkouts.
Requirements
- Holiday Home Experience is mandatory.
- Sales Experience is mandatory.
- Russian speaker is preferable.
- Problem-solving skills for tenants.
- Ability to maintain high occupancy.
- Excellent communication skills.
