Key Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions to potential guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and special packages.
• Collaborate effectively with the Front Office and Sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure a seamless and pleasant booking experience for all guests, upholding Dusit’s service standards.
