Key Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities, services, hours of operation, and guest room layouts.
• Take personal responsibility for driving upselling and achieving set revenue targets monthly.
• Provide customer services to local tour operators and travel agencies.
• Manage all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Reply to all guest requests within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain effective office administrative procedures and guest data privacy.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and room availability.
• Awareness of sales strategies, rates, packages, and booking status.
• Effective communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to manage reservation requests and changes.
• Adherence to Dusit International Standard Operating Procedures.
• Understanding of hotel policies for no-shows, cancellations, credit, and pre-payment.
