Key Responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations via phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer, recording pertinent information.
• Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
• Remain up to date with hotel promotions and established procedures.
• Maintain an accurate room status at all times.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and up-sell whenever possible.

Requirements

• Diploma / degree within the hospitality field.
• Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
• Written and oral proficiency in English.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and courteous personality.
• Ability to work independently within a structured environment.
• Knowledge of rate structure and rate management.
