Key Responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information.
• Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
• Maintain an accurate room status at all times.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified.

Requirements

• Diploma / degree within the hospitality field preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations is an asset.
• Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
• Written and oral proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and courteous personality.
