    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent the Jumeirah brand and promote business values.
    • Promote Jumeirah properties and services, upselling when suitable.
    • Handle customer queries across all channels within agreed response times.
    • Maintain accurate customer data.
    • Manage reservation tasks such as filing and complaint handling.
    • Support team operations by taking on reasonable tasks.

    Requirements

    • Solid room reservations experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
    • Confident with PMS systems such as Opera Cloud and MS Office.
    • Strong communication skills across email and telephone.
    • Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility.
