Key Responsibilities
- Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours, maintaining a professional tone.
- Answer incoming calls using proper greetings and adhering to service standards.
- Collect and maintain complete guest information in Opera.
- Review reservation correspondence to identify special requests.
- Manage reservation updates, cancellations, and payment guarantees.
- Ensure accurate financial and administrative processes.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or similar customer service role.
- Educated to college degree level.
- Excellent communication skills (email, telephone, verbal).
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
