Key Responsibilities

- Process guest bookings, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and special promotions.
- Collaborate with the front office and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure all guest requests and preferences are noted and communicated effectively.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in reservation systems or willingness to learn new software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
