Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emails professionally within 24 hours, prioritizing urgent queries.
• Answer calls within 3 rings with proper greetings, adhering to standards.
• Gather and update all necessary guest details during the booking process in Opera.
• Maintain proper and professional email and telephone etiquette at all times.
• Thoroughly read all reservation correspondence for special instructions and requests.
• Communicate last-minute changes to relevant departments promptly.

Requirements

• Hold a High School Diploma.
• Demonstrate basic software competencies in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to adjust quickly to new work structures, processes, and requirements.
• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel is desired but not required.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
