Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emails professionally within 24 hours, prioritizing urgent booking queries.
• Answer calls within 3 rings with proper greetings, adhering to IFH & LQA standards.
• Gather and update guest details during the booking process in Opera.
• Maintain proper and professional email and telephone etiquette.
• Thoroughly read all reservation correspondence for special instructions.
• Communicate last-minute changes to relevant departments promptly.

Requirements

• Hold a High School Diploma.
• Basic software competencies in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to adapt to changes in tasks or the work environment.
• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel is desired.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
