    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to guest inquiries and reservation requests via email, phone, and central reservation systems.
    • Create and maintain accurate reservation records, including arrival dates and alphabetical listings.
    • Prepare confirmation letters and process cancellations and modifications promptly.
    • Determine room rates based on hotel selling tactics and communicate reservation information to the front desk.
    • Track future room availability based on reservations and assist with preregistration activities.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting goodwill among guests and colleagues.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality or a related field.
    • Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of front office procedures and health and safety protocols.
    • Willingness to undertake reasonable requests made by management.
