Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with residents to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of resident issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between residents and property management.
- Assist in organizing community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging.
- Support the enforcement of community policies and lease agreements fairly.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resident relations, customer service, or public relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
