Job Overview

Benetti Group, the world’s leading luxury yacht builder, is seeking an Events & Partnerships Manager to join its Marketing Department in Livorno, Italy. This strategic role involves planning and executing exclusive experiences for yacht owners, captains, brokers, and international partners. You’ll oversee event strategy, partnerships, and brand alignment, ensuring each experience reflects the prestige and excellence of Made in Italy craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage corporate, experiential, and institutional events both onsite and offsite.
• Build and manage relationships with event agencies, suppliers, venues, and strategic partners.
• Lead and coordinate an internal team of 3 focused on logistics and event operations.
• Manage event budgets and monitor KPIs to measure impact and visibility.
• Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, sponsors, and local entities.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to shape integrated marketing and communication strategies.
• Oversee international and local event calendars.
• Deliver flawless experiences aligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and post-event presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in events, partnerships, or marketing.
• Background in luxury sectors (yachting, luxury goods, automotive, high-end hospitality) preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to work with high-profile international clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and networking.
