Key Responsibilities

• Assist F&B Manager in the assignment of work and training of Room Service staff.
• Monitor service and food quality, ensuring they meet established standards.
• Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly.
• Supervise operating equipment and supplies for service sufficiency.
• Prepare daily reports of events and complaints with actions taken.
• Promote cost savings in electricity, operating supplies, and other controllable costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory position.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations and high-end service levels.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate with a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
