You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team within the food and beverage department, managing staff, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining quality standards to provide a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant team.

• Assist in planning and organizing outlet processes.
• Maximize revenue and profit in line with budget and forecast.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Positive energy and passion for making every detail count.
