TCL Electronics MEABG is seeking a Retail Manager for its air conditioner business in the GCC region. This role focuses on leading retail operations, expanding the retail channel, and improving brand visibility, with a particular emphasis on the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail operations in UAE and execution in other GCC countries.
• Develop retail sales strategy and achieve sales, display, and coverage targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and installation partners.
• Execute sell-in / sell-out plans, seasonal promotions, and in-store activities.
• Ensure brand visibility and compliance with display standards.
• Analyze sell-out data, pricing, and competition to improve market performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of retail sales experience in air conditioners or consumer electronics.
• Strong retail channel development and in-store execution background.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel across GCC countries.
