Job Overview
Polestar is seeking a Retail Operation Manager to join its team in Seoul. This role is responsible for managing dealer operations, enhancing retail performance, and delivering an exceptional customer journey that aligns with Polestar’s brand standards and sustainability vision.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee retail operations across the dealer network, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate dealer performance using KPIs, audits, and best practices.
- Enhance customer experiences by improving KPI management tools and processes.
- Plan, develop, and manage commercial training programs related to sales and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with dealers as the primary liaison.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategic initiatives for efficiency and long-term growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in automotive retail operations, dealer network management, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of automotive retail industry trends and customer experience.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; Korean proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
