This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle store operations, merchandising, inventory, and walk-in customer service, while maintaining the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Implement merchandising guidelines and seasonal displays.
• Ensure availability of all store materials (bags, wrapping, labels, brochures, etc.).
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory logs and coordinate replenishment.
• Prepare items for customer orders, transfers, and packaging.
• Greet walk-in customers and provide product guidance.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and support basic after-sales inquiries.
• Uphold a warm and professional customer experience.
• Submit daily activity and stock reports.
• Monitor material usage and raise purchase requests when needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management teams to ensure store readiness.

Requirements

• 3–5 years retail experience (homeware, luxury, gifting, or fashion preferred).
• Strong visual merchandising and display skills.
• Experience with inventory control and basic ERP/POS systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Highly presentable, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
