Dimlaj Emirates is seeking a highly organized and presentable Retail Store Supervisor to manage our retail showroom in Al Quoz. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle store operations, merchandising, inventory, and walk-in customer service, while maintaining the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Implement merchandising guidelines and seasonal displays.
- Ensure availability of all store materials (bags, wrapping, labels, brochures, etc.).
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate daily inventory logs and coordinate replenishment.
- Prepare items for customer orders, transfers, and packaging.
- Greet walk-in customers and provide product guidance.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and support basic after-sales inquiries.
- Uphold a warm and professional customer experience.
- Submit daily activity and stock reports.
- Monitor material usage and raise purchase requests when needed.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management teams to ensure store readiness.
Requirements
- 3–5 years retail experience (homeware, luxury, gifting, or fashion preferred).
- Strong visual merchandising and display skills.
- Experience with inventory control and basic ERP/POS systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Highly presentable, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
